About Me

My name is Eric Morris. I live in London with my wife Liz, and work for the National Health Service as a clinical psychologist. I grew up in Australia, spending my childhood on a farm on the Darling Downs and going to university in Queensland and Western Australia. I moved to the UK in 1999, in order to see more of the world and to be closer to the the “leading lights” in the developing field of cognitive behavioural therapies for psychosis (my professional interest).

  • G’day Eric. Dave Burroughs here from CommuniCorp in Australia. We are a small specialised psychological services firm and are looking to hook up with Australian (or good Brits) in the UK who might be interested in some periodic consulting and counselling work. Kathleen from Austrade pointed me in your direction to see if you knew of anyone worth approaching. We are looking for people with a background in trauma/critical incident management as well as general counselling, and as an added bonus would love someone who could run some of our training programs as well.
I hope all is well for you in London, I am heading over next week for a few days after a quick trip to the Middle East.

    Dave

Thanks for stopping by my blog - what you have here is great! I’ll put it in my blogroll to get some traffic flowing both ways.
I’m still learning about ACT, and have a long, long way to go, but the journey is very interesting.
    cheers
